    when i try to install the new Xbox app for Windows 10 , i receive immediatly an error at the start of the installation

    error 0x803FB103

    windows version 20H2 build so 19042

    Intel Atom CPU Z3740

    it's a netbook

    not sure, depends if the atom cpu will support it.

    if you see x64-based processor under system then yes it can run 64bit os then you will need to follow the info below.

    win10 32bit to 64bit

    can you check if your machine is running 32bit or 64bit, as the app will only work on 64bit machines. some of the atom cpu's only use 32bit and yours maybe to old to run it.
