    New and Unique Xbox One issue, Support Rep. never even heard of it happening before..


    So to try and make this short and sweet. I added 3 new friends from roughly 2-3 weeks ago to my friends list on my Xbox One. Now every time I sign in, it keeps telling me that they added me as a friend a minute ago. Even though again, we added each other
    2 or 3 weeks ago. And to add to the confusion I even deleted and blocked one of the friends and it STILL adds them. And according to my friends, it's telling them the same thing. I don't know what to do.

    I spoke to an Xbox Live Support Rep a little bit ago and even they weren't sure on what the issue was. Even told me that never have heard or seen this issue before. Tried removing my account and restarting the console. Then re-adding my account to the system
    and it is still doing this issue. I don't know what else to do. Any help would be great.

    I personally have never had this happen, or even heard of this. You should contact your respective Xbox Customer Support if you have not already.

    Hey again Rocker. Let's try redownloading your profile.

    -Delete your profile ONLY (do NOT delete profile and items; here's a guide:
    support.xbox.com/.../profile-move-delete    ).

    -Clear your system cache 3 times in a row (really, 3 times; use this guide:
    support.xbox.com/.../clear-system-cache    ).

    -Restart your console.

    -Download your profile (use the first guide again).

    Also, when you say you had a friend license transfer it to his console, do you mean you had him license transfer all of the trouble content and it's no longer licensed to your console?

    Try re-downloading those games and see if this resolve the issue.
