New and looking for some help

The 11th book is not in a Safe House like all the rest, It's in South Almuda just north of the where house (where u build the plane). On the map there is a long narrow building just west of the garage. Go inside that building and up to second floor. There
are windows on the left. The farthest window has a wooden plank. Walk across the plank to the building next door and then drop down through the skylight. The 11th book is there as well as the blueprints for one of the Shout combo weapons as well as the
drink book. Plus lots of drinks in the next room to experiment

 

Which server? I am new as well without friends that play. My gamer tag is

 

NA (I was using the wrong account but my QT is still the same) I will add you when i get home from work. all I can think about is playing ESO.

 

I'm not necessarily new, but I missed the opportunity to transfer my character from the PC so I've had to start fresh on the xbone. I'm a lvl 20 templar, and can provide healz and light DPS support, or general advice.

Ah, that's too bad - my main is on the Aldmeri Dominion. If you guys ever consider defecting, I'm sure my guild would be more than happy to add you to our ranks.

 

My main (though only level 9) is on AD as well, I play a little of all to get the full for it
