    New and have a question about the difference of Gold and Sliver accounts on Live


    Okay I have gotten a three mouth Gold account to try it out when I got my 360 but I hear that once it runs out it will down grade to Sliver and that is free is that true? Granted my brother tells me Live is not free. What is the difference between the two.
    Will I still be able to use IE, watch YouTube and Twitch videos on Sliver? If that is true then I won't mine having a free Sliver account.

    Internet and LIVE connection but cant play games

    You appear to have a Sliver Live account. Only Gold accounts can play online. Perhaps that's your issue(?)

    Can't Download 360 Titles

    Your account is showing sliver at least it is on the forums games with gold is for xbox live gold members only if your a gold member and somethings up contact customer care at 1-800-4MY-XBOX

    The difference between gold and silver accounts its in the possibilities they deliver. Gold membership grands access to multiplayer games, free games with gold and other features while silver members can access only free services and app like Youtube, Internet
    Explorer and basic Twitch functions (streaming is available only with gold)

    Thanks. Can Sliver be able to update Minecraft when updates are available or do I need Gold for the updates?

    If there's an update for any game you will be able to update that game with a silver account.
