    New "All 4" app has some problems.


    The new "all 4" app on the Xbox has some problems.

    • I get a strip of two white(ish) pixels down the left hand side. I have overscan turned off because my TV can handle it properly.
    • You can't use the triggers to fastforward or rewind any more. This has been a standard video control on the Xbox for years, and was in the old app.
    • The pinned programs no longer work, and you can't add new ones. This is a real shame as it means I'll end up missing stuff, and I used to use the pinned tiles as a reminder.. and a shortcut to get to them.
    • The resume feature appears to be missing now. Especially annoying when you're 3/4 of the way through a program.. you respond to a notification, and when you go back to the All 4 app, it restarts. That's annoying on its own, but when you have to fastforward
      (realising you can't use the triggers anymore) through 3 sets of adverts.. that you'll already just watched.. just to get back to where you were, it's pretty irritating. Please bring back the resume feature.. at least for the program you were last watching.

    Apart from these things, the new app actually seems pretty decent, so looking forward to future improvements.

    My controllers wont sync, ive gt new battery packs all charged ive tryed all the tips n followed all xbox advice, ive downloaded the xbox app today n the controller on the app is having the same syncing problems. Has any1 any advice before i sling it in
    the bin n return to ps4. Tx

    Windows 10 Xbox Game Bar Party Chat Drops Out or "Disconnects" With No Error Message - Only Silence

    Two friends of mine and myself have the same exact problem.

    We used to use the old Xbox Console Companion App, where this problem didn't occur.

    Since the Xbox Party isn't available anymore on the old App, we were forced to use the new App.

    For about 4-6 months (if i can remember correctly) we have this problem. It's just annoying to not even get a notification, especially when you are in a Multiplayer game and are not able to communicate with your friends and have no opportunity to quickly join the party again.

    I have no idea what causes the problem. On some days all works fine and on others someone struggles to stay in a party for 5 seconds and has to join 6-10 times before he can stay in that party for longer.

    Opening a new party (especially the one who has the problem at that moment) has sometimes resolved the issue but thats not a perfect fix and it doesn't work all the time.

    I hope that you have acknowledged this issue and I hope to see a update with a fix soon.

    Yes, I understand. Some games you really need to use the filters in the app library on your mobile phone to be able to find them all.

    But if you want, you can report the problem this way

    1. Press and hold the Xbox button and select Report a problem.

    2. Select Report new problem.

    3. Choose the most appropriate category and subcategory.

    4. Select your preferred method to fill out your report
