    I think Microsoft should add unlimited gamer tag changes to the game pass ultimate this would attract a significant amount of new buyers due to the constant wanting of changing their name but don’t want to spend £7.99 on it.

    I agree with Wadski in that if you currently just have a Xbox Gold subscription, you are better off adding additional months to you Gold Subscription or Game Pass first before you convert to Ultimate. If it is your first time converting to Ultimate, the
    total months of Xbox Gold plus the total months of Game Pass will be added as your new Ultimate subscription. 12 months of Gold + 3 months of Game Pass will convert to 15 months of Ultimate. If you purchase 3 months of additional Gold membership then you will
    get 18 months of Ultimate. Therefore only purchase Ultimate after you convert your subscription.

    If you have an active Xbox game pass ultimate when you redeemed the Xbox Live Gold subscription it will be converted to Xbox Game Pass Ultimate which will give you an additional 4 months Xbox Game Pass Ultimate.

    Upgraded from Gamepass for Console to Ultimate Gamepass on the same day but didn’t receive a refund

    No since it was cancelled and upgraded to Ultimate. So you would have been given the remaining time from your standard Game Pass as Ultimate in addition to the Ultimate you purchased. So if you had bought 1 month of standard Game Pass, then bought 1 month of Ultimate, you would have 2 months of Ultimate.
