New Activation Code

I was refereed to this forum by a Microsoft tech.

I wanted to play a game that I had already used the code for on my newer, **** laptop. The problem? The code is used, so I can't play. It's not like I didn't buy the game and it would be ridiculous to ask me to buy a game for each computer. I have not
played this game in about a year and don't remember my last gamertag. It's kind of
[mod removed] that I have to make an account for a game I bought on cd that isn't exclusively online...

Anyway-- This is where I was told I could get a new activation code. I'll be waiting for feedback.

xbox one the real problem!

No you are wrong with the new xbox one activation codes are linked to your account 1 per game if you lose your account which it does happen look on the support side of this very site you lose your game regardless of still having the disc with no activation
code your game is rendered useless

Like I mentioned, this codes are for new subscribers only, and according accounts that already activated other trial codes or use free periods are not new subscribers

Hello, This may be due to the code having to be activated elswhere. I would try Blizzard.net or ingame on Overwatch. If the code cannot be activated there, the code may have been already redeemeed. If so, contact the seller to either get given a new code
or recieve a refund.

Do you remember if this active Game Pass subscription code was purchased on the same store that you purchased this new Game Pass code?
