thank you for your response however regarding the new accounts joining the club some that I've let in still haven't gotten any friends and are still at a low gamerscore. also today one of the admins let one in and it started spamming nonsensical letters
in the comments of one of my recent posts. what do you suggest I do?

Yes and no, on it being normal. The quickest way to make friends on Xbox, most often recommended by people who play a lot, typically would be by browsing the clubs page and joining any open ones or (if they're closed) requesting to join clubs that are for
games and topics they like. So it isn't unusual to see 'new' accounts with low Gamerscore randomly joining clubs.

The red flag raised is people asking you to buy them games. Never do that for people out of the blue, you should only gift people you know or if you're doing something that would warrant it... like a giveaway or something of that notion you know? Being cautious
is the most important thing. Never give random people you don't know/don't trust personal information either. If you experience anything suspicious from anyone, it is always best to simply 'block and report' them. Stay safe out there!

Please take into account that different clubs are open to different kinds of people, try finding one that suits you best!

You do need a Gold subscription if you want to play online or join a Party so you will need gold to join Clubs
