New account received an instant ban.

I just got an Xbox live account and I was suspended after 1 report. A friend and I were in a game where we were being team killed and then aftwrwards they invited us to a party where they cursed at us and insulted us. I replied with a message containg some
profanities then my account was immediately suspended. Yet these two can continue to play freely.

Black Ops 2 Probation Warning

It usually varies how long you will be banned. If this is the first it only take less that an hour. If you keep receiving this warning the ban will be longer than the previous one, until they ban your account. I am quite confused because I play Black Ops 2 and I usually don’t receive this warning if it caused by bad connections.

 

What happens to your games if you get banned on an XB One

that is the same as it is now, if you manage to break the rules so badly its a lifetime account ban you loose everything jn that account.

for a modified console its the console that is banned, I think you have to involved in active game code hacking or account phishing or other be involved in nasty completely ruin live for others areas to get a perm ban for your actual gamer account, hey are never clear on why accounts are banned tho

 

When someone harasses you online just report them or block them form further abuse. Retaliating is against the Code of Conduct and subject to enforcement acts.
