New Account Problem

I just today made a new account. I waited until today so that the Xbox Live Gold would expire, and i could start up the membership again on the new one. Sort of a side problem is that i couldn't find out how to delete my first account so i could re-use the
same gamer tag, but, onto my mains problem. I downloaded Spelunky a while ago, and when i went to play it on the new account, it said i only had the trial. Meanwhile, Terraria says i have the full version on both? Is there something i can do to fix this?

Also, the reason i made a new account wasn't because of banning, i promise. I uh... Actually got my Xbox used, so there were games on there that i will NEVER play, but it shows that i don't have achievements for them. And, having a little ocd and all, that
bugged the hell out of me. But yeah, can anyone one help me with this?

Microsoft Account Verification Problem

I've just bought an xbox one and created a new Microsoft account to use on xbox live as my son uses my old account. I logged into the xbox website with no problems and changed my gamertag to the one I want. So then I tried to setup my account on my xbox one and get to the stage where it sends a verification e-mail, no problem I thought, checked my e-mail account nothing, tried again nothing and again, left it a few hours nothing. This was Tuesday night and it will not send a verification e-mail. After a search I tried to verify my Microsoft account onm their website and it always comes up with a 'temporary problem, try gain later' screen.

So basically I can't use the new xbox one I've had sitting there for 2 days until this gets resolved, Anybody goy any answers as I can't face phoning Microsoft customer services.Cheers

 

Problem Creating New Account

Just create and set up another account. Since it will be a new Microsoft Account and possibly for a gamertag you should consider relieving yourself of the stress just by running in circles with a problematic one.

 

Sometimes games glitch so what you can do is re Install the game if it is an on demand version just go to the Xbox market place if it's a disk just re install the disk hope this works have a nice day

Side Note: You cannot delete XBL accounts permanently. So you will have to change the gamertag of your first account in order to claim that tag.



Delete Terraria and use the account that purchased the content then perform a
License Transfer. This will help give every account on your console access to this content. Be warned though, you can only perform License Transfers every three or four months. As for the games that was on your HDD, you might not have access to these games.
Do not worry too much about that if you cannot use them, simply delete them off of you HDD.

 

There's no need to delete the game before doing the license transfer. Just redownload it and it will move the licenses to the new console.
