New account lost all my achievement s and purchased

i recently had a new account created against my xbox login due to fraud on my account.

As part of the fraud process I cancelled my current purchases and removed all cards.

I now am back online with the new account and want to renew my gold live account but have no option for this. I can only join as a new gold member.

How can get all my achievements and purchases to be associated to the new account which has the samelogin details?

Lost all games i bought online

So when i logged in, xbox wanted my to merge my accounts. i did, i then lost all my games i had already purchased. I think this is bunk and am very upset. i had purchased multiple titles and i also lost all my friends and achievements. I am currently having
my friend check my username that i logged in with is correct, because he had me added on his xbox. This account i am using is the merged account, the one that had my games was under zoomer428.

Refund

After buying a new console Xbox One S and load of Killer Instinct, lost all purchased DLC's. I tried to go to one of them, and it has selled to me without confirmation from my side.

Unfortunately there is not a way to transfer the profile data from one Gamertag to another. If you created a new account, then it'd be a separate account with no achievements and purchases associated with it. Did you reach out to the phone
or chat team about the fraud on your account?

Hey Upyerz,

Remove the account in which the code was redeemed. All his content is linked to his account so nothing will be lost (saves, online progress, achievements, purchased content, etc.)

If you go to a new account all digital purchases, achievements, etc. will be tied to the original account.

If the banned is your account it´s done, all in that unfortunely is lost

If the baned is your console you can rescue all when you transfer license to new one.

But again your case is account and in that case MS punish you whif the lost of all you have points, content, gametag and add-ons.

Indeed it will; game progress, purchases and achievements etc. are all tied to one's account, and as long as he uses that account on the shiny new Xbox it will all be the same.
