New account and new console-Downloable content help!

I had an account I lost access to; as a result I made a new account. On my previous account i had several games I had bought through the marketplace. I was able to play them with my new account on my console for a year or so. After which that console
broke and I still have the hard drive. It won't let me play any of my old accounts' games on my new console. I come from a low income family so I cannot just buy them again $20 is a lot to us. I'm just wondering if by some way it is possible to transfer a
license to another account. I know both accounts' info. If isn't possible do any of you have a solution? Please help and thank you.

Long ago buy the downloadable content of the game borderlands 2, it is possible to download it again for xbox one, then buy the game again for this console but I can not download the content that already abia bought

 

Transfer data question.

Hi, to transfer content licences associated with your console you must sign in to the console with the profile used to purchase the content. Once signed in go to Settings > account > billing options and select licence transfer following the on screen instructions to transfer the licences to the new console so other profiles can use the content. Content can not be transfered across profiles only across consoles - hope this helps

 

Sorry, but nothing can be transferred between accounts. You would need to have access to the original account in order to transfer the licenses to the new console.

 

The only way to use the games on the new console would be to "find" access again to your old account and transfer the licenses to the new console. After which you would be able to play the games on your new tag from your new console. But if you have no way
of getting your old account back, There's not a lot you can do besides buying the content again on your new account.

If you can give some information about your lost account, As in why/how you lost it. Whether just an email issue or a ban, There may be a way for you to gain access to it again in order to do this. But if it is a friends/ex partners/ or family members account
i wouldn't suggest trying to get onto it.

Apart from that, it is possible to change the emails associated with accounts, and other measures which may help If we know what the issue is. Good luck with your gaming!
