New AAA titles crash after 15-20 minutes of game play

I can play older games with no problem, but newer games like battlefield 2042 and starfield always crash after 15+ minutes

1. My Xbox Series X is well ventilated with plenty of space standing vertical

2. I've turned off the console for several hours to ensure it is cooled

3. I've trying to reset my console and delete everything

None of the above is working and this problem is frustrating

I talked to an agent and performed these steps for an offline update but I still had the issue

I have also got this error, it all started after the new update. The game will last for about 20 minutes and then crash.

This happens on new games as well
