New 2TB Seagate HDD, move all games is ok right?

Just got the new 2TB Seagate Expansion drive and am now moving over all my games. There will be no issues right? I read on gamefaqs something about Halo games, so for now, I did not select any. Everything else is currently transferring over.

Do I need to do anything else? License transfer?

BTW, I read some users are having Seagate issues, here is the one I bought and was recognized and able to format without issue:

360 won't format

the hdd needs to be exactly 2tb thats why youre seeing this issue. it wont format anything over 2tb. if you plan to get a new hdd to use this feature stay away from seagate for now.

 

transfer from 1 external hdd to another

I have a Xbox One S with an external Seagate 2tb External HDD used for storage. I recently picked up a 4tb seagate external HDD. I would like to transfer all the data and saved games to the 4tb HDD i just go and use that as storage instead. I am looking
for directions on how to do so.

 

Seagate hard drives have had issues on the 360, not matter which one it is. I would only add a couple of games for now to test it out and see if it keeps working though before you move everything over.

License transfers are only needed when you switch consoles, not hard drives.

 

Seagate is synonymous with garbage. Get a Western Digital. They're more expensive but they're going to last twice as long. Seagate has the highest drive rate failure amongst commercial HDDs. I don't imagine their externals are magically better. It's shameful
that they would sell faulty and cheap pieces of metal like that for money. It's worse than Microsoft not fixing their DVD drives not having a buffer or Microsoft telling people that don't have internet to "Stick with the Xbox 360".

 

if your seagate drive has formatted and your able to move stuff to it thats fantastic! most do have issues as the others here have said. halo shouldnt have any issues moving over to the hdd i have halo 3 and reach on mine however this doesnt mean you will
have the same results. there is an issue that will prevent some games from being transferred over but its random. in my case the only game that will not transfer is lego pirates however all other games do. ive been experiencing this issue since they released
the update in the preview program. in case you didnt know any disc based titles you have installed will have to be deleted and reinstalled to the external hdd as they wont move due to drm
