New 12 month card says its been used

Hello. Last night I scratched off the deal on the back of a new 12 month live card, put the code in, and it is saying that it is already used. Very confused and need help please. Thank You

I bought a 12 month xbox live pre paid card from my local tesco store I just typed in the code on the back and it says that it has been deactivated why when I haven't even used it as it's a brand new card what do I have to do

Didn`t receive my 12 Months of Xbox Gold

I redeemed a 12 Month Prepaid Xbox Gold Card but didn`t receive the service, it says ``code has already been used``

If you have the receipt that will help your case a lot.

There's a lot of claims of the same situation. Idk if the number on the card will tell them exactly who when and where it was used but they can see if when it was activated. Cards are worthless until scanned and paid for at register. Which is why the receipt
will be crucial. Otherwise most likely you'll get nothing especially if you didn't buy it recently. If no receipt your better off taking it back to where you got it (hopefully Wal-Mart)

And telling them the exact day n estimated time you purchased it and they can pull up your receipt. Even easier if you used a debit/credit card. Good luck

The Gold card you activated will be good for the next 12 months.

After 12 months you will either have to use another card or use either paypal or an active credit card that has been assigned to your account.

i bought a 12 month subscription redeem code card at first it was saying that something is wrong with my Billing info, got that fixed but now its saying that the card wasnt activated but i bought n still have the reciept. What should I do? Ive been at this

Yes an Im sayin its only $7 a MONTH with a credit card, what are you saying
its $10 a month? with any other method? Up front? LOL, look all I have ever seen is by the month at $7.00 with a credit card, what other way is there besides credit cards an pre-payed cards like 12-3 months, even at $25 for three months thats $8 a

There was 12 months on the card. It said 4-6 weeks and its been since early january. I t was a offer renew you xbox live 12 month gold card and receive 600 ms points back, i received the ones from my live rewards but none from the special offer.
