Right back to where they started the scam in the first place. All the in game currency was converted to Zen to buy the first key sales. Once they can see that then they remove the wards, sell zen discounted but still real dollars and then more keys. Xbox
users must be considered the stupidest group on the planet. I mean look at PWE, they teristupid and they still think they we are dumber. I hope MS is looking into this, they have approved this game and all xbox live customers are already paying them so you
would think they don't want their customers driven off to another console because they refuse to help.

 

MS do you have our backs here or not. The silence is deafening.

 

Xbox needs to look into this. Arc should not be able to get away with fraud.

a couple points...

one, if legal action against PWE is going to be sought, then a gofundme account should be set up.

two, a whitehouse(dot)gov petition could be started for blocking PWE, subsidiaries of PWE and any shell businesses used by PWE in china and to freeze any monies that otherwise would go to china while the matter is investigated.

EVEN "ARCGAMES" IS A SCAM AS ITS AN OBVIOUS ATTEMPT AT MISDIRECTION TO PROTECT PWE WHEN THEY SCAM CONSUMERS. CAN YOU SAY ANTICIPATION??? AS IN PREMEDITATED???

 

Here is the real reason behind all this, they were about to nuke the value of the zen market.

The real problem all along was someone finally did the Math.. Let me explain.

Typical blood ruby price on xbox nw is 80,000 AD on the auction house, they sell for 800 Zen too. That means that 100AD would be equal to one Zen (80000/800), not exactly the amounts reflected in the exchange. Take it a step further and you can see if the
rubies had hit the t-bar store at 60 bars that would mean that 13.33333zen would be equal to 1 bar value(800/60).

Now that we have established 1 bar equals 13.333333 zen. If we take the proposed price of 75 bars for Coal wards and multiply that by 13.333333 we get 1000 zen. Hmmm So yeah they were just aligning the price of Zen and Bars but that means that as I pointed
out before AD would be 100 AD/ 1 Zen.

 

SO now at the 11th hour they make a derisory offer and close the original thread, they are basically going to go into our inventory convert some of out bars to coal wards with a limit of ten per character and leave the rest of my money locked down, I have
35000 of the se things accumulated over months to facilitate the upgrading that would be necessary in this new mod to maintain my capability in this game, when the ten are gone you will need to buy the wards with real money to continue your progress, I bougt
12 months Vip and spent money on this game purely based on the fact it was a "Live" sponsored product.

I assumed that MS would not allow the kind of shabby behaviour these games are famous for in the PC world. I genuinely believed Live would have our backs.

Well MS, do you have our backs.

Can we apply for a refund and not get our accounts on live toasted for requesting assistance on this situation none of us (including you I firmly believe) ever thought would occur on Live?

 

All their hype about Exploits and Market distortions is pure nonsense by the way these items were bound to account and could not be traded, the only ones who suffer here are those who spent real money through the store to facilitate their progress, an arrangement
that was present from day one in this game. So if they cant be traded how can it impact the community or distort the market. Its a cash grab pure and simple!

 

This is nothing but fraud from arc. They knew wat was going to happen at least they could given heads up about the wards/rubys so we could im my case bought thouse ward for 200bar each instead of now be FORCED to buy them in zen shop for 1000zen. Ifor myself
or going to boycott buying zen for real money (spent about 500$ on the game in real money) but from now on no more buys with real money only what gained in game

 

Well MS, the ball is in your court. We would like to hear your take on things. The folks at Arc/Cryptic/PWE just gave us the shaft.

Are you willing to let them continue to treat your paying customers like this? They made false promises, then tried change those promises and then eventually basically said they refused to meet them altogether. Yes they have tried to compensate us with a
tiny percentage of what they originally offered.

Our only recourse at this point is to come to you for refunds. Unfortunately you can only refund the money we spent in game. Nobody is going to reimburse the time we invested building our characters, grinding and meeting their terms.

Nobody can make us feel better about us having trusted this company, having invested our time and effort only to have them dangle a carrot till the last minute and to *** it away and offer us only a bite. Nobody can repair that, the question is, will
you take part in that treatment, are you going to endorse it by your lack of action?

 

I Agree with this thread , they have swindle us with false promises to buy zen. Microsoft provide zen through their marketplace , therefore we would like refunds

I agree with and echo the sentiments of others that feel that this was a blatantly obvious bait and switch by Arc/Cryptic/PWE. Additionally, as an attorney and Marylander, I feel that this is a clear violation of the Maryland Consumer Protection Act because
Arc/Cryptic/PWE engaged in deceptive trade practices, as defined in Title 13 of the Commercial Article of the Maryland Code. I am strongly considering filing a complaint with the Maryland Attorney General's Office. However, I would prefer not to do that
and ask that you please look into this blatant and illegal deception because you (Microsoft) have more power than anyone to force Arc/Cryptic/PWE to do the right thing and offer wards and rubies through the Trade Bar Store at the promised price of 75 and 60
bars respectively. Thank you.

 

MS, still no official statement? Do you offer no protection for your gamers from predatory software practices? I know there is supposed to be an investigation ongoing but we would love to hear anything at all.
