Neverwinter market mistake

not sure If this is the correct spot or not, but figured someone might point me in the right direction if not..

i bought a character respec token thinking it would be global, and let me respec any 1 character on my account, however after purchasing it, I realized the respec token only works for the character who purchased it.

is there any way I can get this moved from one character to another on my same Neverwinter account?

Fable Legends will be Free to Play

Neverwinter is free to play,from what i know and read,microtransactions seems to be ok and fair ( cosmetics and short cuts)....Neverwinter was released on PC and Xbox one (China),i didn't heard anything bad about microtransactions in this game. (can't wait,the
beta was good).

And i think Lionhead is smart enough,to avoid "free to play mistakes".

There are not all bad :World of tanks,Warframe,Killer Instinct,....

hello everyone. im new to neverwinter or was, im now an addict to say the least. and ive played for about 150 hours now. yes that is an extreme amount. lol but either way point im getting to is that i have not paid a cent on neverwinter. ive opened about
40 lock boxes. i have 4 drakes companions and much more importantly i have the 75$ Dragonborn pack. ive always been great at working markets. at fifa mlb madden all the same. point is work the market. i swear i am not exaggerating so im proof this game doesnt
make people fork over money. you want an item flip the market and get it free. you guys want some tips or wanna team up add me .

I tried the arc games forums, but unfortunately I'm unable to post due to new user limitations.

The official arc support site seems dead right now..

The only reason it's a big deal, is I put real $ in my account to buy this item.

Pretty certain that previously the respec token was account bound, not character bound, which is why I thought it would work.

 

Have you tried @NeverwinterGame twitter account as well?they may be able to pass it on to someone

 

Still unable contact arc support.

Good news is, it only cost me $5, bad news is it's wasted money.

The person at fault in the end is me, so whatevs

 

Honestly, might be able to just contact Xbox Support. They may be able to fund it to that
