Neverwinter/Arc non customer support

I have issues with Neverwinter as well. Their customer service is fairly poor.

One more fairly big issue that has come to attention is that how are they managing to sell items (ZEN) in Australia when they have not been classified by the Australian Classification Board? I have spoken to the ACB and it seems the game has only been classified
for PC and not XBOX1.

Why did XBOX1 allow the ZEN app to be active in Australia?

Because we have an extremely slow ratings board, go and see if you can find Oddworld's New and Tasty when the rest of the world got it 27/03/2015.

Unfortunately it's the way it is and we just have to be patient, it won't be the last time we have to wait either.

Assassin has it spot on, its currently with the ratings board and we're waiting on them to release the game to us, along with a whole other pile of digital games that we're waiting on

Very frustrating, but unfortunatley nothing we, xbox, or the game developer can do Feel free to complain to the ratings board though as I have been haha

Go into your console setting, change the country to america... follow the screen and it will restart the console. then get it of the us store. once downloaded repeat the steps and put your console back to australia.
