Neverwinter/Cryptic arc

The developers at Cryptic have launched the latest Neverwinter bug to xbox one and I have been Permenately banned after having been an active player on the game for over 3 years and 467 days in total. I have contacted arc for support because players that
exploited the bug as well have been unbanned and are able to play. At first I had a temporarily suspended account but after waiting a week I contacted them and submitted a ticket to arc asking how long I was going to be temporarily suspended. They wrote back
and said that my account "has been permanetly banned due to exploiting the Barovian hunts". The reply to another ticket I sent stating that they had prior knowledge that they were releasing the bug having already found out about it on the pc version 3 months
prior to releasing it on xbox without patching it or disabling the feature. Instead they fixed minor in game issues that weren't as neccesary as the glitch was quite major considering it allowed players to gain in game currency that was required to progress
in the game. The reply I got from arc support was that " The bug was not released knowingly, otherwise it would not have been released. Whether or not the bug was released knowingly or not, you still took advantage of it and broke the terms and service hundreds
of times. Your account will remain permanetly banned due to these infractions". Many other players and myself have been permanetly banned because they released faulty game software knowing about the bug. The second ticket I subbmited was about the company
knowingly releasing the game software and from the research that I've done it was a good 80% of their player base on xbox world wide that have either recived a permanent ban or just been temporarily suspended. Players that are actually permenately banned in
America they have contacted microsoft are seeking compensation and getting help on money spent on the game. That's what I've been told by my friends over in America as that is where the majority of the player base is, being an American developed game. Hopefully
others will be able to seek help as I have tried to but it's difficult as I'm in Australia and can only submit support tickets and I'm unable to contact developers. I hope this hasn't happened to anyone else. If anyone can help me rectify this situation I
would greatly appreciate any input as this just feels totally wrong.

I agree with and echo the sentiments of others that feel that this was a blatantly obvious bait and switch by Arc/Cryptic/PWE. Additionally, as an attorney and Marylander, I feel that this is a clear violation of the Maryland Consumer Protection Act because
Arc/Cryptic/PWE engaged in deceptive trade practices, as defined in Title 13 of the Commercial Article of the Maryland Code. I am strongly considering filing a complaint with the Maryland Attorney General's Office. However, I would prefer not to do that
and ask that you please look into this blatant and illegal deception because you (Microsoft) have more power than anyone to force Arc/Cryptic/PWE to do the right thing and offer wards and rubies through the Trade Bar Store at the promised price of 75 and 60
bars respectively. Thank you.

No luck you can talk about it with the community but can't contact them because we are outside the region and they don't even have a contact number for Australia lol so the only way is to phone America which I can't do thank you again for your help I guess
I will move on with lesson learnt I will message some of my friends in America to see if they can help me being the big dispute is going on over there with them & Microsoft being a world wide game there would be thousands in the same situation
