Neverwinter banning people for no reason then accusing them of buying from 3rd partys

I was banned wrongfully 10 days and i have had 2 replies 1 asking how i got my AD and when i explained the next message i get back is an accusation that i bought from a 3rd party then ignored from then onwards had all tickets marked as duplicates and have
been told if i open anymore forum discussions or tickets they will be closed instantly and i will receive a forum ban or infraction points.

Noone is safe on neverwinter at all because at any time they can ban anyone for any BS they decide to make up and then refuse to unban you thats how neverwinter are running there game now its actually pretty shocking and the worst thing is theres nothing
you can do no matter how had you try to prove to them your innocent they either just ignore you or send you a BS copy and paste message accusing you of buying from 3rd partys they dont take the time to check.

As you can see from the screenshots theyve tried a lot to make sure i cant fight this unfortunately ive had to get guildmates and other friends involved to back me up and even then no reply ive filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau you

They can push your ticket up so neverwinter checks it again unfortunately theres no guarantee you'll be unbanned but if enough people are filing complaints on perfect world entertainment because of this then surely at some point in the future they
will be forced to change there policy or they will have Better Business Bureau and a few other people looking into there business works

if the partys keep kicking people out for no reason this whole thing would have been pointless

well i sat in a custmoer service chat for 2 hours yesterday and was told to make a forum post here so anyone else that is having these problems with neverwinter can post here and show there concern like i did

 

i guess if enough people are having the same problems with neverwinter customer support how they are with the people then it can be forwarded to better business bureau and maybe something could be done about it im sure microsoft dont condone this kind of
behaviour towards there paying customers and from the services that we are paying for through them either

 

this is a customer support of a game that is hosted through there Xbox one platform if that company host or customer support of that game is mistreating there players then surely microsoft has quite a large impact if they tell them to fix this reocurring
problem thats happening with many many players on that game

 

You were probably told to post here because xbox support couldn't help you & wanted to get you off the phone.

Again,this not a Microsoft game so has nothing to do with Microsoft.

You would need to continue this with the games developers as they are the ones that banned you,not Microsoft.

 

well from what i was told they did everything they could to push my ticket up so it gets viewed on monday and then told me post here

 

I'm sure they did but it is still something you need to pursue with the games developers,it is not a Microsoft issue therefore there is nothing anyone here can do.

it was here for people to discuss whats happened to them why close it that just shows your on there side with this

 

and i will just reopen it i have it copied and pasted and if it comes to it i'll get back in the chat with customer service so dont bother closing this
