    I just happened to be browsing around the Xbox live sites and came to myrewards section. It showed I had 3500 points (I think) and also showed 75k+ over the lifetime of my membership. Now I remember signing up but I must not check the email rewards has...that
    is if they email me. So I figured I would get some notice as to when points hit a certain number. That email like I said never came... I am bothered that I have had all these unused points. I would have definitely used them. I am a long time "upstanding"
    Xbox customer for years. I guess my question is.... are my points saved and I just have a step to take. Or are they lost forever? Please help me figure this out. It would be a shame if I am just out of luck. -thanks ""

    Hello FrankyBonesONE,

    Our emails are sent to the email address you have specified under Xbox Settings>Contact Preferences through your profile on Xbox.com. This drop down menu can be accessed by clicking your avatar in the top right of this page.

    Regarding your Credits, we automatically perform a deposit into your Microsoft Account once you have 5000 or more pending Credits. These Credit and deposit events can be viewed via your MyStatement on the MyRewards page. You can confirm these deposits as
    currency via your commerce page at (Sign in to your Microsoft account), where they will be listed in your history as refunds with a negative amount, since we are adding funds to your account. This promotional currency
    has a lifetime of one year until they expire (a Microsoft Account policy), and if you use your Microsoft Account as your payment method, these promotional Credits have priority, so you may have already spent some.

    Your lifetime credits earned is the total amount of credits you've earned since joining the program. That includes credits that are pending as well as any that have already been deposited. So if the number you have pending is less than your lifetime credits,
    then you have had some deposited before. Credits are deposited by the following 15th or 30th of the month after you have at least 5,000 pending. The program does send out one email a month and that usually corresponds to the first deposit of the month. You
    should be getting that email whether you receive a deposit on that date or not, but there are no emails specifically related to your deposits.

    If you have had deposits in the past, they would be listed in your statement on the MyRewards section of the site. You can verify the deposits at Sign in to your Microsoft account

  5. That's the thing tho. I've never deposited. I've never had any points cashed in. The lifetime points were just wasted.

    If they have not been deposited into your account, support will check why.

    If they have been deposited into your account but you haven't used them, then you can check your balance at Sign in to your Microsoft account to see how much you have and then use that balance to make purchases on the Xbox Store. Currency does expire about a
    year after it's deposited into your account. So if you did receive deposits and they expired, there would be no way to get those funds back.

    Hello FrankyBonesONE,

    We responded to your previous post at (Never redeemed points. Ever.). We see multiple completed deposits. However, once deposited,
    we can no longer take any actions on Credits. If you do not believe you have spent this currency, you would have to reach out to Xbox Billing support to clear up any issues with your deposited currency.
