Never Recieved Rewards Points Need Help.

We only schedule a deposit automatically at 5000 or more pending Credits. Since your pending Credit amount is beneath this amount, it has not been scheduled. After reviewing your account, it appears that you are currently being affected by a known database
issue which is interfering with the information on your account. What is happening is that your billable account information is being incorrectly communicated to our servers. Since this data is necessary to determine where to place your deposit, the process
is aborted. Since this issue is currently being caused by a database not under our control, we have escalated the problem, and it is currently being worked on by another team. At the current point in time, they have not yet provided us with an approximate
solution date. To be clear, since this is an issue with how data is being sent from an internal source, adjusting your user information will likely not resolve this issue. We apologize for the inconvenience, and ask for your patience while our other team works
on a solution.

It takes time for them to deposit, it's not an over night thing. Give it a few days and everything should be fine. Now as far as your other statement are you saying you've never recieved your rewards points? How long have you been a member of the Rewards
program?

You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at
https://rewards.xbox.com/mymissions/ .

-or-

2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
back as MyVIP payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

MyVIP has a recalibration every year. At the end of the year, we place you in your MyVIP rank for the new year based off your eligible spending from the previous year, and set your progress to the default state. This happened in September 2015 and December
2016. Since you are a zero star member, you do not get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (https://rewards.xbox.com/myrewards/). Since none of your purchases
have completed any offers, you have not earned Credits in that method either. Since none of your achievements fulfilled any offers, you did not earn any Rewards.

Furthermore, we see that you have received Credits in the past. Again, you can see a record of this from your MyRewards page, in the MyStatement section. For example, your last deposit on December 14th was spent on a purchase of Elder Scrolls online on January
7th.

In addition to everything the Smwutches said, it is important to also keep in mind that renewing xbox live is no longer eligible for rewards and purchasing subscriptions is not eligible for MyVip.
