Never recieved Minecraft digital

Hi there

I played Minecraft Xbox one edition from the disc for over 5 hours before the 30th of January so I would be eligible for the free digital copy of Minecraft.

It's been over 14 days of waiting and I still have nothing in my ready to install on my Xbox.

I contacted Xbox support twice about this issue to no avail.

Any chance I can get some help with claiming my free copy?

Microsoft Rewards support.

You would need to contact customer support for the Microsoft Rewards program via their redemption page. They are separate from the Xbox Rewards program.

According to Mojang:

If you did not purchase both versions of Minecraft on the same Microsoft account for PC before June 6, 2022, it is not possible to become eligible for the Vanilla cape.

If you have all the order numbers or transaction ID's confirming that you're able to obtained both versions of Minecraft on the same Microsoft account for PC before June 6, 2022, I suggest you contact Minecraft team so they can further check it for you. The Vanilla Cape is their promotion so only them have access on that. You can submit the request using the link below:
