Never recieved game codes for my Refurbished Xbox + Kinect Bundle with Ryse Son Of Rome and ...

[Mod Removed]. I purchased an xbox one bundle through the Microsoft Store (Refurbished Xbox One with Kinect + Free Games) and I never recieved my game codes for the two free games plus the free month of gold. Please pull my acount and check the notes
from a Joel C he did his best to help, but asked me to post a message on this forum today. Would someone please contact me with my game codes at

No one on the forums can see what someone at phone support did. Can you please post a link to the offer you're speaking of or were the games supposed to be in box?

 

This the bundle I purchased. I tried calling in multiple times to figure our where these game codes are for Ryse Sone of Rome and Dance Central Spotlight. But I either get a response of they should have been mailed to you, or Xbox Support has no control
over what promotions the Microsoft Store offers. Also when I contact the Microsoft Store support they just in turn tell me the same thing, and try to get me to contact Xbox support for help. Either way I still can not find a solution. All I want is what I
paid for, it is suppose to be a Christmas present for my kids. Here is the bundle link on the Microsoft Store page.

Ok, this bundle should have contained scratch cards with codes for the games. Please try contacting the Microsoft Store support if there were no codes in the box.

 

Definitely no game codes in the box, nor codes sent through email. I trying contacting them and they just give me the run around. Always stating to contact Xbox Support for the codes, and when I try to talk to Xbox support they tell me to contact Microsoft
Store for the codes or to post to this forum. I feel as if I have been cheated out of my free games at this point. Also if you check the comments on the Microsoft Store page for the bundle, I am not the only one. I have owned an Xbox since the very first one,
and have been a live member on and off for eight years now. I honestly don't know who else to call or contact at this point. Either way they try to blame it on the other party.

 

I think that if you have a Microsoft Store nearby then you should bring the whole package back for an exchange. Explain to them why.

 

I purchased my bundle November 30, 2014. 3 months later and I'm still getting the run around too on the 2 games I'm apparently still waiting for codes for via email. I literally talked to 7 different people at the Microsoft Store on 5 different occasions
with apologies. All I need is a code for Dance Central Spotlight - download and Ryse: Son of Rome - download, both digital download copies. It was supposed to be emailed within 10 days. I think I been pretty patient with them and there is nothing we can do
about it. What else is there left to do, except bite the bullet, buyer's beware.

 

I've had PRECISELY the same experience, and it it well after the holiday rush so that can't be an excuse. I spent 2 hours speaking to 5 different people today and still haven't received the codes. The last I've heard now is that the "escalation team" is
supposed to contact me within 24-48 hours to provide the codes. I don't think I'll be holding my breath. This is just so sad; I was left on hold for more than 15 minutes at one point without any check in. Its a code for a game. Get the codes and GIVE THEM
TO THE CUSTOMERS. This is NOT a complicated process. If it can't be done, don't offer the package. Ticket number: [Mod Removed]

 

Typically refurbished units are also used thats why thwy are cheaper

When you get an refurbished or used product you never get any codes with it if they qere alrwady used

.that is with any product not just ms

Even gamestop includes codes but if they were used already on a refurbished unit you are out of luck and there is no replacing rhem
