    Never recieved dark souls 1 digital code when I purhased Dark Souls 3 at launch


    I was just directed here by MS tech support to make a post here.

    I purchased Dark Souls 3 prior to launch (digital code from MS store) and you were supposed to get a Dark Souls 1 + dlc code for 360, and then it would eventually work on backwards compatabilty. However, I just wanted to go back and play DS1 again, and realised
    that I never recieved that code.

    Can I please get a code sent.

    My purchase was on 30th March - Order Number 567453557521676247

    Hey Barack O Gunner! If you were given a code, you most likely purchased it through the Microsoft Store rather than Xbox.com (Xbox.com purchases apply directly to your account). Unfortunately, due to the age of this promotion we do not have access to it
    any longer. In order to play Dark Souls 1, you will need to purchase it. Thanks!
