    Never recieved 1 month Ea Code


    Hi, I never got my 1 month EA code for a promotion from buying Battlefield 1 Ultimate edition on October 20th. The promotion ended the 21st so I should qualify. I purchased via Xbox Marketplace.

    I called Xbox support about a week ago and the lady told me just to wait longer. Contacted again today and was told to post in here.

    Battlefield 1 ea access code promotion

    I pre ordered the ultimate edition of the game sometime during the last week of August. It says 1 month ea access codes will be sent 7 to 10 days after purchase. I never recieved the code.

    EA Access 1 month promotion code issue

    Hello! So a couple of months ago, I recieved a 1 month EA Access code from the promotion "Giving the gift of EA." This promotion was around in February of this year. I recieved the code from the Xbox Live Message Center. I never got a chance to redeem the
    code and it expired on May 30th. Is there a way that the code can be un-expired or if I could get a replacement code for it. Thanks!
