    Never Received Warthog code for Horizon 3


    I have Horizon 3 and the Halo master chief collection and never received my code.. I have a physical disk for the master cheif collection as ive never downloaded any game to my xbox. Talked with tech support and Lady G said I am eligible for the warthog
    and that i should post here about the issue.

    Could you please try loading up Forza Horizon 3 on your Xbox One console and checking your in-game garage to see if your Warthog shows up there?

    Let us know if not so we can dig into things a bit more. Never Received Warthog code for Horizon 3 :)

    Hello again Matrix!

    Are you able to find the Warthog on Forza Horizon 3 on Windows 10 now? Try checking your Garage as well as your Gifts menu in-game and let us know if you're able to locate the Warthog yet.

    I have the same issue... received Halo Warthog code in a message before Horizon 3 released and redeemed it right away. Never saw the Warthog in the demo and now that my copy of Horizon 3 has arrived the Warthog is still MIA. I can't download it again because
    it doesn't show up in my account history and I can't redeem the code again as the system say the code has already been used. Xbox Support on Twitter never responded about this issue either so I don't know if it's the Xbox Store, Horizon 3 or Xbox Dashboard
    Preview that is causing this issue.

    The Best Buy pre-order car dlc code was redeemed on Xbox web site before my Horizon 3 arrived and that worked so I'm left thinking it's the Dashboard Preview that worked the Warthog code redemption.
