Never received Vbucks

Discus and support Never received Vbucks in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I purchased $25 worth of vbucks on the 6th. It was during when the xbox live services were down.     I purchased $25 worth of vbucks on the 6th. It was during when the xbox live services were down. I never recieved them since then but it took the money from the account. I contacted Epic Games (the company in charge of the game) and they said I must contact
    Microsoft. I sent a refund request, and they responded that my purchase isnt eligible for a refund. Is there anything else I can do? I dont want to lose $25.

    If you purchase a gift card try to go to the store you previously purchased. Sometimes you need a submit code to activate the gift card

    power cycling
    the console by holding down the power button on the console for ten seconds. Also, you can try

    removing your account and downloading it back
    to the console. Be sure to let us know the results!

    Unfortunately the only thing MS is, is a middle man they can not see whether or not you received the v-bucks into your gaming account they just see that the transaction went through.

    Since they can not see whether or not you received them they will not give you a refund.

    You would need to talk to epic games about this they have the ability to see if you received the v-bucks into your account they may ask for proof of purchase which you can get a screenshot from your account order history at account.microsoft.com

    Hi TheGamingGuyM8,

    Unfortunately, this issue can only be correct by Epic Games Support. Microsoft or Xbox support cannot add V-bucks into your Epic Games account because Microsoft does not have access to distribute their virtual currency and also has no access into your Epic
    Games account, which is where V-bucks are added along with the content you purchase using those V-bucks. Virtual currency is not added onto your Microsoft Account/Xbox Live account, so we have no way of distributing them to you. The issue lies with Epic Games
    not receiving the transaction from the Microsoft Store and there is nothing we can do about that. The transaction was processed and completed on Microsoft's end, but something caused the transaction to not be received by them so that they could verify the
    purchase and add the currency to the proper account.

    Since you have proof that the transaction went through on your Microsoft Account, you would need to show them this proof so they can verify the transaction, update your Epic Games account transactions, and then apply the amount you purchased. They may have
    understood that this issue was due to a Microsoft billing issue so they referred you back to us but as mentioned previously, Microsoft has no authority over what a developer does with their own virtual currency and the transaction was completed on the Microsoft
    Store.

    I suggest submitting another ticket with them that you have not received the V-bucks and have your Microsoft account order history ready because they will more than
    likely ask for a screenshot or the order number.
