Never received Titanfall In Refurb Kinect bundle. Giving up now

Just wanted to document my frustration. I spent a total of five hours talking with 7 different support personnel in various department trying to see why I didn't receive the Titanfall disc that was supposed to come with the Xbox one refurb bundle. My time
was wasted, but the more I tried, the more determined I got. Now I give up.

Kinect TitanFall Bundle for $449

Hmmm... The Kinect TitanFall bundle was priced at $449 at WalMart, Bestbuy and even the Microsoft store. Let's assume TitanFall is a $60 game. That puts the price tag down to $389 WITH Kinect. Are they going to include a $50 game with the Kinectless
bundle? Or does MS think this is somehow a great deal now?

Xbox One with Titanfall now £369.97 in Gamestop UK

Yesterday MS announced that the UK would get a price drop in the Xbox One of £30. That was not enough for Gamestop they are now giving the Titanfall bundle away for just £369.97.

Hey there, can you please detail the offer you're referring to? Why were you meant to get titanfall with a refurnished bundle? Maybe some of the support agents here can shed some light on it, but more information could be helpful.

I think this may be my fault. I don't know how I honestly thought Titanfall was part of the bundle. How could I imagine it being sent as a disc. It's not something I would think up but something has lead me here. Anyways, please disregard. It appears

The Xbox One Titanfall bundle with Kinect has been the No.1 selling console on Amazon UK for over a week now, followed by the normal Xbox One with Kinect at No.2. The Kinectless version sits at No.20!

Lofty those prices for the Kinect free bundles though are the RRP.

The RRP of the Titanfall bundle is £390.

So retailers are either going to go back to RRP for the Kinect bundles and sell the Kinect free bundles at their RRP. Or they are going to discount both types of console.

If they are discounting the Kinect bundles then why do you think they wont do the same for the Kinect free ones?
