Never received shipping label for repairing my Xbox one controller.

I submitted a service request twice while my malfunctioning controller was still in warranty. Both times I received an email saying I would receive a shipping label within 24 hours. I never did, and this was months ago. So long ago that the warranty is now expired. The email also said a copy would be available to print on my account but I tried looking it up and there was none. Just messages about there being delays. I can’t even speak with a real person to get help. This is very frustrating and I feel totally ripped off and it looks like Microsoft is just screwing people out of getting their repairs fulfilled.

Has anyone else had this issue and if so were you able to get it resolved? And if so how?

Thank you for reaching out to the forums, unfortunately for Standard Xbox One controllers you will not receive a shipping label.

A shipping label is only sent out when you set up a repair for:

Xbox One console within 1 year warranty
Xbox One Elite controller within 90 days warranty
Xbox One Design Labs controller within 120 days warranty.

In this case you will have to pay for the shipping on your side through any shipping company that is available to you.

If you've set up a repair at devicesupport.microsoft.com then please check the email associated with your gamertag for a shipping label. Once you've received it you can
pack up the controller and send it off. When Xbox receives it they will send you the repaired controller

Trying to ship out my Xbox controller for repairs but the shipping label won't print and I don't know the address to the repair facility does anybody know the address

You'll need to contact Xbox Support by phone or chat to see if the controller is available for replacement. There isn't a "repair" option for the controller.

If it is available for replacement, you will need to cover the cost for shipping to the repair center. No shipping label will be provided.

If its for an accessory, no shipping label will be available for those items. You have to pay for your own shipping for accessories

Thats not true, well at least not here in the UK, Ive received a shipping label for my Scorpio controller
