Never received Rocket League "Gearlock" code

I purchased "Fate of the Furious + Bonus" from Microsoft Store on 7/7. According to the promotion running at that time, I was eligible to receive
a download code for Rocket League 'Gearlock' Wheels. Per the PDP and

promotional post on Rocket League's site, once the eligible movie purchase was completed, I was expecting to receive an email that contains an in-game code from Xbox within 7-10 days.
Now 17 days later, I have yet to receive my code.

Please advise.

Rocket league code not received

I bought Xbox live though the in-dash menu because of the rocket league promotion, but I never received the code for rocket league
