Never received rewards points or keys for Forza ore-order

I pre-ordered on the first, havent received any keys or rewards points yet. Was told by support its 96 hours after release, even though it says after purchase on the page. Have tried chat support, they said to post here.

Never received 5000 reward points for the pre-order of Forza

I pre-ordered Forza Motorsport 7 and when the program was going on it said that I get 15 keys and 5000 reward points. Well I never received my reward points for the pre-order. Please let me know what is up with this matter. GT

 

Did not get reward points for pre-ordering Forza Motorsport 6 or 7, nor virtual keys for FM7

I've been a member of the rewards program for a while, and I've never received any points for game purchases I made during the pre-order period. It's very frustrating to be a fan of Forza Motorsport, pre-ordering the games on the first day they are available,
and then not get the reward points. This seems to be a systemic problem. Could that get fixed please? And can I have my reward points for Forza Motorsport 7 (and 6), and my extra pre-order virtual keys for the FM7 virtual key sweepstakes, please?

Apologies for the inconvenience. We are currently investigating with our web team reports of users not seeing keys being awarded for their purchase. Once we know more, we'll update this thread!

Regarding your Credits, from the FAQ:

When will I get my Rewards Credits for pre-ordering or ordering the game?

Rewards Credits for pre-ordering or ordering the game will appear as pending in your account within 96 hours of the offer end date.

Since the offer is not yet over, it is too early to see your Credits.
