Never received promotional code for game

Originally when I purchased my new Xbox one, as advertised they where supposed to send me a promotional code for one free game of my choice out of four. However, when I made my choice of forza 6. Followed procedure to receive the code it was never sent
to me. Has any one else had this issue? It would be great if they would follow up with me to resend this game code.

Quantum Break - did not receive codes

I pre-ordered the game on Xbox one and qualified for cross-buy. I never received my promotional code for Windows 10
