    Wrong promotion

    I purchased xbox live 3 month subscription along with GTA 5 shark card code as a promotion and I never received it in received a code for minecraft instead....I have not used the code for minecraft because I rather have the GTA 5 promotion instead.

    GOW4 promotion codes

    I never received my codes for the Gears of War promotion. I purchased my GOW4 on Nov 20th.

    That promotion was sent out at random and to different accounts for different reasons. There is no way to know why one account received it and another didn't.
