    Never received promo code for Xbox live 3 month


    I purchased 3 moths of Xbox live on January 30th and it said I would get another code for additional 3 months by a certain time and never received the promotional code.

    Purchase 3 months of Xbox Live Gold and Receive an Additional 3 months issue

    There was a promo in January That stated if I Buy 3 months of xbox live i'll get an additional 3 months and I was suppose to receive an message with the codes. However I never received them.

    Never got my promotion code.

    I was sent over here from Xbox support because I never received my promo code from the “Buy 3 months of Gold, get 3 free” promo ya’ll had last month. This is somewhat aggravating.

    When you purchased Gold did you get it from the console ad, Amazon, or from the Xbox Marketplace website? Did you buy straight from the ad or use the renew feature?

    If you check your email accounts and Xbox live messages do you see any messages about that promotion?

    Same here, it was off the dashboard, haven't received the code yet. If I remember, it said by 3/15, so I guess still could come tomorrow.

    XBox Live 3-Month Subscription Promo Never Received

    I signed up for a 3-month subscription on June 15, 2018, which indicated a promo would apply where I would receive a code for an additional 3-months. The code was never sent. I checked my email and my messages on Xbox. It was never sent. Customer Service
    told me to post here to receive help.

    The promo stated:

    Buy 3 months, get 3 free

    Purchase a 3-month Gold membership and receive a code for an additional 3 months delivered to your email address within 10 business days.
