Never received pre order contents for Madden 17

Hi, I pre ordered madden 17 on xbox live and didn't receive any promo code or any of the pro packs i was promised.. i have spoken to ea and in Microsoft chat and am very annoyed and displease with this. i just want this resolved, so i can receive the content
i was promised for the game that i purchased..reference number is [Mod Removed]
