Never received pre-order bonus

I pre-ordered Titanfall 2 via Xbox Store on my Xbox One. I did so because it prompted a promotion of 15,000 points back as pre-order bonus.

I have heard that it is ineligible because it is a digital pre-order for some reason, even though this was never mentioned and was my route of purchase through the link.

This has been posted multiple times across different forums, so suggestions to post elsewhere are noted but unnecessary. Strangely, Xbox Live Rewards team does not have a customer support system other than forums. Instead of resolving a clear issue, it
seems the standard step is to give an empty apology and lock the forum.

Being told months later after purchase that it does not qualify, being a digital product, is highly inaccurate, undisclosed, and misleading. I never received notification of ineligibility, nor was it mentioned anywhere in the promotion. How does one not
receive the pre-order bonus if prompted an offer and following the steps of said offer? It was the reason for ordering directly from Microsoft, considering every other retailer offered a bonus of sorts. Yet, as far as I know, I haven't heard of other sources
denying their advertised promotions.

Still haven't received pre order bonus for quantum break.

I pre ordered quantum break but I never received any of the pre order bonuses.

Rewards no deposited for Resident Evil Biohazard Pre-Order

Order# 11086215264 never received 15,000 rewards points or pre-order bonus content for resident evil biohazard.

As mentioned several times before, you would need to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions forum for a response from Rewards support, but it was per the terms and conditions of the offer that the games had to be purchased as physical discs from Microsoftstore.com

As mentioned several times before, this has been posted in all relevant and remotely relevant forums. Also, you are mistaken. At no point throughout my purchase were these terms provided. Thank you for reiterating that which does not apply. I appreciate
it.

As Smwutches suggested. You'll need to voice your concerns with the Rewards team here on the forums, they'll have the best information relating to the specific promotion you are referring to. Make sure to post in the Xbox Rewards forums so that the teams
will be able to respond as quickly as possible.

This is the only source for up to date support on Xbox Live Rewards offers. As stated previously, the only offer that would have awarded a digital pre-order of Titanfall 2 with 15,000 Credits would have been the MicrosoftStore.com pre-order offer. However,
since your purchase was not made from this storefront, it was not eligible for that offer.

We pass user complaints/feedback on promotions to our promotions/marketing team. All information on our offers are available on our FAQ at (https://rewards.xbox.com/faq/). The only offer promoting a 15,000 Credit
Reward for a single purchase in the month of September (when you made your Titanfall 2 purchase) was the MicrosoftStore.com pre-order offer. That offer redirects to the MicrosoftStore.com page. Our promotions include links to the FAQ page where the information
on the offer is available. Since your purchase was made digitally from the Xbox store (it is not possible to make physical purchases from that storefront, which is why this offer is run through MicrosoftStore.com), it was not eligible for this offer.

You have already been given a response in the Rewards forums too. The purchase was not eligible for that offer since it was purchased digitally and not as a physical disc as per the terms of the offer.

I am aware and unsatisfied with this false representation. No such terms were given that prompted notice of exclusion determined by the purchase source.
