Never received ODST for problems on Halo Master Collection.

In order to receive Halo 3: ODST, you would have needed to play Halo: MCC between November 11, 2014 through December 19, 2014 at 11:59 pm PDT. The investigating team has verified that the account you're posting from did not play during the eligible time
frame.

Halo ODST for the Xbox One is an Add-On for the Master Chief Collection. you must own that in order to play it.

When you fire up the Master Chief Collection, you should be able to start a campaign (under Halo 3) for ODST.

Did you play in the specified time frame to be eligible? If Halo MCC wasn't played during the time specified below, you will not qualify for a free copy of Halo 3: ODST on Xbox One.

Glad to hear you're enjoying the game. What you have heard is true. Sometime in the spring of 2015 eligible players will receive a download token for ODST.
