Never received my Rainbow Six Vegas codes

I purchased Rainbow Six Siege on December 25th, 2015. It said I'd receive codes for Rainbow Six Vegas 1 and 2 within 10 days (at the most). It's now been about two weeks. I talked to someone on Xbox Support and they said to make this post, and that I should
receive my codes.

Missing Rainbow Six Vegas Code with purchase of Siege Gold

I received the code for Rainbow Six Vegas 2 but never received the code for Rainbow Six Vegas.

 

Never received rainbow six vegas 2 code

I bought rainbow six siege gold edition and never received my codes for rainbow six vegas one or rainbow six vegas 2.

 

Yes recently the same has happened to me...It has heen more than ten days so I called customer support and lady didn't know anything about xbox. I knew this from her simple question of where did you purchase the game, and I replied, " the xbox marketplace".
Her response was "well you have to go to the store of where you purchased from". Then I had to switch my response to "I bought it online". Then that's when she understood, but it's pretty sad when a xbox live agent doesn't know what the xbox marketplace is
and they think it's physically a store. So after a 30 minute run around on trying to figure out a solution on things that I haven't already done (Check bundle details, message center, etc.), I still have no code for my rainbow six Vegas games for the xbox360
and that was the reason I bought rainbow six siege on the "xbox one marketplace " opposed to buying the hard-copy in store. Now I have to wait for someone to read, response, and reply...very disappointing.

Alright Xbox, thanks for the great customer service. I waited 4 extra days for codes for games I should technically own, then I contacted Xbox Support and they said I'd have a solution within 24 hours. It's been 3 days. Now it's been almost 3 weeks since
I bought Rainbow Six Siege and I still don't have my codes for Rainbow Six Vegas.

 

You really just have to wait. It took 17 days for me to get my codes so just wait and they will show up.

 

I am going through this as well. Hopefully its fixed soon I would like to play the games purchased. This is causing in game content reliant on me playing Rainbow Six Vegas 1 and 2 to not be obtainable in siege.

 

Hey guys, my codes finally came in. I guess you really just have to wait for a while after they're supposed to come in.

 

They have been being sent out in waves. Mister Maka stated in another thread that they just sent out another wave, so those of you still waiting will likely get yours soon, too.
