Never received my free digital watch dogs upgrade from xbox 360 to xbox one

You would not have received anything in order to upgrade. You would have just needed to purchase it on the One and it would have been free. Since the upgrade offer would have expired well over a year ago at this point, it would no longer be possible to upgrade
for free.

Watch dogs was originally announced as having a free upgrade, but then they never actually gave it that option. So you would have to purchase the Xbox One versio. if you want to play on the One.

If you buy the digital version on Xbox 360 there will be a free digital upgrade to the Xbox One

They announced the free upgrade for digital purchases a few days before launch. You can find the presser here:

it from the Xbox 360.

However since watch dogs xbox one copy has been over a year 3 actually
