    Never Received my Fallout 3 Code


    I purchased Fallout 4 on February 8th, 2016 and I have not received my download code for Fallout 3. This was two days before the deadline to receive a download code. I was told that it would take 7-10 business days but I still have not received a code.
    Is there a way this situation can be remedied?
