Never received my elite controller back from getting repaired.

Repair it yourself by watching youtube videos. I once send in an elite controller and i will never do it again. It took microsoft 12 weeks to send it back. The bumpers of my elite controllers (yes plural, because they break so freakin' fast) break every
3-4 weeks. Poorly engineered that thing...

In addition to that, one of my controllers had that said drift of yours from the beginning and the other one got it after 1 year.

I was hoping that microsoft announces an improved elite controller on e3 2018. But why would they?

Let me tell you a story (sound like marcus on borderlands 2 hahah)

On 31 of May i send it from portugal a elite 2 to repair (warranty), on 10 of june the elite was delivery by UPS but never received by Microsoft, so last week, everyday i contact Microsoft to ask about the controller and today i got the email saying the controller
was arrived on Microsoft center (Germany).

So, hold you hand with them. I don't know there, but here they have 30 business day to repair and send to my house.

The bumpers on my launch day Series 1 Elite Controller finally broke a few months ago. Was disappointed that an otherwise perfectly functioning controller (never had the grip issue with mine) was rendered useless because of the poor design of the bumpers.
All the development that went into the Elite and no effort was made to improve this inherent weakness in all Xbox One controllers. I repaired it myself with a replacement bumper from ebay. Never had bumper issues with any of my 360 controllers.

I'm sorry about that, Eve, but try again to get back into the support and ask them to transfer you to the specialized department, because only they have access to your data and can know what happened to your control.

This situation would be frustrating for anyone and believe me, I understand you perfectly, let's hope everything is solved and they can really help you.
