i redeems some gems right before xbox live rewards was shut down and never received the codes

According to the promotion's
Terms and Conditions, after purchasing an eligible Office 365 product, you needed to redeem the offer at
Office 365 Login | Microsoft Office. If you did this prior to the October 31st end date, you'll need to contact Office / Microsoft support as this is their promotion and not one done by Xbox themselves.

Never received my code

I bought my Office 365 Home Package in September. Also getting the run around on where my 12 month code is. Everyone says it's not their area and that I need to post on a forum, sent me a link and I posed there and got redirected here. I followed all the
steps and was concerned that I wouldn't receive this code to begin with. Can any support person please advise on what I need to do?

check you spam or junk folders, sometimes they come from a third party and end up there

You will need to contact phone support again and reach out to them in regards to this code they were supposed to give you. Please make sure that when you contact them you make sure to give the customer service representative the SR (service request) number
that you were given at the end of your previous conversation with customer service.
