never received my code for ea access through nhl rewards

so i talked to an advisor and they told me to make a post on here about my problem and a member from the promotions team would get in contact with me. i am an nhl rewards member and i was supposed to receive a code for ea access but i never did. i talked
to ea and they said i had to talk to microsoft because they are running the promotion. if someone could help me figure this out i would really appreciate it.

this may be the case but the people at ea have honestly just been *** about this whole thing. they haven't helped me at all and just keep sending me here. i know you guys have ea access codes. is there any way you could hook me up with one. i would really

ea cant do it. Its microsoft suppose to give us the code for it. I never had it to.
