    Never received my 19,492 Xbox Rewards credits


    Hello, I have never received anything for my 19,492 credits from Xbox Live Rewards. I’m not quite sure what to do. I was a member of Xbox Live Rewards since the day it started. Please let me know what is going on with this. Thanks

    Never received credit for 19,492 credits

    I have never received anything for my 19,492 credits that my Xbox rewards account ended with. Will I get credit for this or did I just lose my point?

    hey i need help with getting my 15000 for punchot for preordering 6 games resident evil never went

    You can only receive credits for offers once. So even if you preordered 6 games, you would only receive one set of 15,000 credits. If you did, then you were properly rewarded. If you never received the credits, then you would need to post in the Xbox Rewards
