Never received Microsoft Store pre-order GT350R code

    Never received Microsoft Store pre-order GT350R code


    I preordered Forza Horizon 3 back in June from the Microsoft Store and I have had the game for a month now and still have not recieved the code in order to download this bonus GT350R Preorder bonus car.has anyone else had this issue and how can I get my code.
    iv already called Microsoft store 3 times and always get redirected to someone that doesnt know how to help.

    pre-ordering from the Microsoft Store    . If you pre-ordered from the Xbox Store, you should have received the 2016 Mercedes-Benz C 63 S Coupe.

    Did you receive a Mercedes-Benz pre-order bonus via Xbox Live Message? If so, that would be your pre-order bonus.

    Hey there -

    As you have correctly identified, the Ford Mustang GT350R was a pre-order bonus from the Microsoft Store, not the Xbox Store. Unfortunately, that means that they will be the ones best able to assist you as we do not have access to that information to re-send
    your code. I understand they advised you to call elsewhere however as the pre-order was via the Microsoft Store, they are the correct source of support for this issue.

    Sincere apologies for the inconvenience and frustration. Do keep us posted on how it goes, however. :)
