    Never received legacy rewards!


    Hello, as I said I never received the legacy player emblem or anything related to it. I have the game since the early launch with the Gow4 console and they told me the rewards were sent time to time to some number of players. They told me I must wait for
    the next wave of players and never arrived. Of course i have met all requeriments as i have lots of achievements in all four previous games. And I played online all of them.



    Is possible to get help with this?

    Bought Gear of War Ultimate Edition and Gears of War 4 but received no additional content

    I never received the code for the download of the legacy Gears games

    they completely ignore me, i tried several times. Is anyone in this world who can help me? I am very disapointed with the costumer help and everything. I remember the old 360 days when microsoft and epic games care about their users.

    From the FAQ for that offer:

    When will I receive my Rewards Credits?

    Your Rewards Credits should appear as pending within 15 days of your game’s shipping date.

    Since it has not yet been 15 days since release, it is too early to see Credits pending.
