Never received free live with game pass promo

Had a deal pop up on dashboard for returning to game pass subzcription i would get one month. Free live with it ... after purchasing i havent received the free xbox live membership only the game pass , spoke to online suppodt and they had no idea the deal
even exsisted and asked for a screenshot from dashboard of the promo , but that isnt showing anymore as i allready purchased it , please help me sort this asap

I received the purchase confirmation, but I never received the email for the 2 free games.

I purchased the 1 year of xbox live through the dashboard through this promo, and was supposed to get 500 microsoft points plus a free arcade game, aqua. I have received the points, but never got the free arcade game.

subscription page do you see a renewal of that subscription or a purchase?

Have you checked your email to see if that content was delivered there?

When you reached out to the chat team did they request to follow up with you via email?

Hey i spoke to online support and they said it should have been received by now . and if not to contact here again also unsure if it shows as purchase or renewal on subscription page it only says

i have to admit ive very unhappy with this, everytime i speak to support they question me as to if i even saw the promo on my dashboard and say its not official .... well if its popping up on my xbox then its official and i paid for it VIA the xbox . not
online not on a website etc... the main reason i am mad is due to the fact i paid for it so i could play my game pass games online for a month, my game pass is allready 10 days in and ive not been able to play it online at all.... what a mess... i would rather
just be refunded the 7.99 to be honest as even if i receive the xbox live now im only going to get 2 weeks or so out of it not the month that i paid for from the promotion.. when purchasing it wasnt stated anywere you would need to wait 10 days for the xbox
live... if it said that i wouldnt have purchased ... BIG MISS SELL ... also its now gone the 10days and still no live??

 

We definitely understand the frustration with this situation.

If you would like to seek a refund you would need to reach back out to the
chat or phone team as they have the proper tools to deal with billing and we do not.

If you would like to look into getting that code and keeping the subscription to Game Pass please let us know!

 

I received email telling me to get back in touch to receive ,my code i kept getting disconnected from customer support chat

please can you help me get this resolved as my game pass has only 2 weeks left now and i still cant play sea of thieves which is only reason i brought it

since they emailed you with that info you would need to reach out to
phone or chat.

Have you attempted to call them instead of using the online chat?

The chat and phone team should be able to assist in the same fashion but since the situation has been escalated by their team you would need to continue working with them and not us.
