    12 month game pass promo, ends today but can't find

    When going to my memberships page on Xbox, I saw the promo message for the $99/year Xbox game pass subscription that goes from 9/13/18 to 10/1/18. The promo includes Forza Horizon 3 and Forza Motorsport 7 with the 12-month game pass purchase. However,
    my only option for purchase is the $9.99/month option.

    Am I missing something? Promo ends today, but is unavailable for me to select.

    doing is
    Contacting Customer Support    , so that we may take a look into the account and see what options are available. Please let us know how it goes.

    I just contacted Customer Support and after multiple attempts they have sent me back here:

    Please follow this link for you to be able to submit a report for the missing promotion on the forza 3 and 7 that comes with the game pass promotion.

    (Links me back here)

    Please submit another form to them as they have the right tool to check the promotion on the game pass that you purchased on the account."

    Any help would be very much appreciated!

    Gamepass 12 months Forza Codes

    I went through the games with gold page. clicked on the Xbox Game Pass special offer and selected renew now from the page to sign up for 1 year of game pass for $99 and receive Forza 7 and Forza Horizon 3 for free. I did not receive the codes to
    download the Forza games. support told me to post on here.

    When you receive the codes for the two games, you will be able to redeem them and download the games. Be sure to use the correct Xbox Live Account when redeeming them, since they will be attached to that account
