    Heya!

All quest prizes would be sent out 30 days after the end of the questing period. Thus for February you would want to be on the lookout for those messages after April 1st.

If you still do not see that content by the end of the first week of April please let us know!

Are you sure about that? It has been one whole month since my original post. Last time this happened, it took less than a week to handle, and that happened right after the program started too so there was bound to be problems for that first month.
This is for February...and it will be May next week...

Challenge 1: Earn 2 achievement in a February Games with Gold title

    - I got every achievement in Crazy Taxi that month, so i did this one 6 times over

Challenge 2: Play 3 different games (30 minute each minimum)

    - Guitar Hero: Live, Crazy Taxi, Celeste, AER: Memories of Old

Challenge 3: Login to your Xbox account on 10 different days

    - Across the four games above, I have achievement timestamps for the following days: 2/3, 2/4, 2/13, 2/14, 2/15, 2/18, 2/19, 2/20, 2/23, 2/25, 2/28

    - So a total of at least 11 days, and I know I logged in occasionally between these dates too

    - On the Xbox Quests page a Frequently Asked Question is "What is considered a log in on Xbox" and the response is "Turn on your console and sign in to your Xbox Live account.". No specified time of remaining logged in was stated in the Terms & Conditions.
Regardless, I logged in at least 11 days

Why is this taking so long to check? It's ridiculous enough that this has happened once before and last time I finished one of these, I got a game I already owned and was told "If that is your first time receiving the game through an Xbox Quest promotion,
I'm afraid we are unable replace the codes.". These quests become less and less worth it each time I try and I don't think another free month of gold will convince me to renew after this. (Which is something I already got...a month of gold code and a game
    I already owned)

  10. Where did you receive a Gold code from was this through a support message? When did this occur?

We understand the frustration, but we can only help with troubleshooting we can not provide insight into how the Quests work behind the scenes as we are not part of those teams.

At this time you should have received a support messages if you qualified for the Quests, unfortunately if you have not received this message their teams may have determined that you did not qualify.

To aid with removing confusion from this process you can now track your progress in Quests by clicking on
    Check Your Progress!

Post back and let us know where you received the 1 month of Gold code at!

    - I received the code in my Xbox Live Messages from Xbox Support. I made my post on 12/06/2017 and Xbox Support (Mister Cizl) got back to me in literally
TWO days. I received a code on 12/08/2017 for one month of Gold for completing the
October Xbox Quests. The message from support was in response to my previous post. Just like in October, it's possible my log ins are not being tracked properly.

Never Received October Xbox Quests Mystery Prize

    - It would have been nice this past month to be told I did not qualify instead of being told to "Hang in there". That's what makes this process frustrating. Not having direct or clear answers. How can I possibly check if I didn't qualify. Regardless,
anyone, even you, can publicly view my profile and check these challenges. I got every achievement in Crazy Taxi, Celeste, and AER in February, so it's nearly impossible that I didn't play any of those games for more than 30 minutes, especially Guitar Hero
live, considering Anyone can also see the timestamps on my achievements. Considering they were stamped with a date, that obviously means I was online so I was logged in. These 3 challenges are very easy to check and I feel my proof is extensive enough. I'd
like to be told by the "proper team(s)" why I didn't qualify.

    - Unfortunately, this link does not help me with this problem considering this is for the
    February Xbox Quests

  12. This is an unfortunate situation and we do apologize for the long wait for less than good news.

Unfortunately, as stated we do not have that sort of insight into the Quests team and they do not operate here on the forums.

We would not be able to tell you why you did not qualify but we can be sure that at this point in time they have completed their investigation into the matter and the proper codes have been sent to those who qualified.

We definitely understand that this is not an idea way to find this out and we do hope that their new tracking system will help avoid situations like this in the future.

While we can not assist further with this particular issue we do hope that if you need help troubleshooting you will post again. We are always happy to help where we can!
